After dabbling with online sellers and with chain stores I have found the quality to be substandard and the service is DIY at best. My visits to Breakwell Optometrists was a breath of fresh air, choosing my glasses was very easy they listened to what I wanted made recommendations and that suited my style and within a few minutes (which is a record for me as I can be quite indecisive sometimes) I had chosen a pair of glasses that I am very happy with.
I returned to them this week for my fitting which again was a very easy and pleasant experience. Breakwell’s have cemented my belief that independent high street opticians are the only way to go when buying new glasses.

Had my eye test with Pritpal who is very thorough and knowledgeable. Needed to go back for a visual fields test and he was very patient and explained the results. Good range of frames but no pressure to purchase. The reception staff and the rest of the team are very helpful.
